One of the things I can be
I’m 6’0″ tall and currently weighing 175 lbs. And I’ve managed to do that while making some terrible nutritional choices over the past couple of years (since I moved back to PR).
However, there have been a couple of habits that have remained constant throughout this whole time:
How I Stay in Shape
The TNT Diet: I’ve managed to follow this lifestyle choice at least halfway through; which have helped me to keep up a balance with my lack of demanding workouts. Learn more about the TNT diet.
Resistance bands: I’m not going to lie; I’ve managed to not stayed focus on my workouts. However, resistance bands have helped me not throwing myself away completely. A full body workout three times a week has managed to keep me in the game while I figure a way to get back on track.
Yoga: Again, being honest… the reason I haven’t completely lost my mind is because of yoga. I get a moment every day to fight the demons I’m dealing with today. Hoping that one day I can have my mind cleared enough to get my life back on track.
This is how I’ve managed to stay in shape (somewhat) while dealing with what is clearly depression. I hope to back at this post one day and say “I did it! I defeated depression!”
One can only hope.
